Soboba Casino, located in Riverside County in California, was robbed of over 1 million in cash--and it was from one of their own guys guarding the place.
Police have identified Rolando Ramos, a lower level security technician for Soboba, as the culprit. Evidently Ramos hogtied several other employees who recognized him as he made off with 1 million in cash, although no one was hurt during the robbery. Ramos was responsible for maintaining the video surveillance cameras at the casino. This comes as awful news for the casino, which filed for a bankruptcy a little over a year ago.
Tough luck for the casino, and even tougher luck for Ramos when he gets caught--because just like dumb criminals do, he will get caught--he was wearing his uniform and badge when he did it, for crying out loud!!!!
