Maxim Enters Casino Market

It seems like a pretty good fit. Maxim, a men's magazine known for saucy photos of just recently legal Hollywood stars, is getting into the Vegas casino game. In a town where many of the recently built casinos are directed at families, perhaps it's not a bad idea to bring back some cheap classiness to combat the spreading theme-park feel.

It's going to be upscale, it's going to be four-star, it's going to be sexy and flirtatious, absolutely.

I'm curious as to what "flirtatious" means. Are the employees going to be paid a flat rate, or will there be some commission system based on the number of winks and giggles doled out? An "upscale" appearance won't be that hard to pull off when considering that the location will be adjacent to Circus Circus. As long as the blackjack dealers wear pants and the showgirls don't have mullets, Maxim can't help but look good by comparison.
