Dancing with the Stars: Billy Ray Cyrus shuffling his way up in odds

"Dancing with the Stars", which has long been favoring sports athletes, may have a new sweetheart on its hands (or feet, rather): Billy Ray Cyrus. Once a punchline for line dancing and mullets, the former country superstar has been making improvement week after week, and although he still isn't in the same category as 'NSYNC star Joey Fatone or Beverly Hills 90210 heartthrob Ian Ziering, Billy's "aw-shucks" attitude and willingness to work is not only getting him praise from the judges, but he has climbed up the charts in terms of "odds on" winning from the sportsbooks online. Previously, Cyrus was a 31-1 choice to win, and within a week, that has dropped to 21-1. What will happen next? Don't tell my heart--my achy-breaky heart!!
