Casino Royale: The darker side of Bond

Only about a month to go before the November 17 release of the latest Bond flick and I'm brimming with optimism. If the trailer is any indication, Casino Royale does away with the "clever" quips and will instead focus on style, acting, and slightly more realistic action. I may end up missing some of the whimsy that Pierce Brosnan brought to the role but Daniel Craig has a welcome intensity and a stronger acting pedigree than Timothy Dalton, the franchise's last attempt at a more bad-ass Bond.
