Al Gore's election odds improve

A couple of days after Leo DiCaprio stopped just short of sucking the former Vice President's toes onstage at the Oscars, Al Gore's presidential potential has taken a bump in the eyes of British bookmakers.

At average odds of 10-1, Gore still trails the likes of John Edwards (8-1), Barack Obama (5-1), John McCain (4-1), and Rudy Giuliani (4-1), while Hilary laps the field at an impressive (2-1).

Still, one must concede that it's a pretty good showing for somone who isn't currently running for President.
